Word from the Chairman
" Prestige real estate is no ordinary asset. It carries a history, transmits a name, protects a trajectory. Our role is neither to sell nor to buy — it is to guide each decision so that wealth remains alive across generations. "
Francesco Volpicelli · Chairman
Institutional Chairmanship
Francesco Volpicelli has chaired CF Immo Group since its inception. A graduate of the MBA programme at the University of Geneva (Geneva School of Economics and Management), he has devoted forty-six years to the financial leadership of international groups and leading institutions, between the Geneva financial centre and major multinational houses.
His career has been built at the confluence of three worlds: global corporate finance, public institutional control, and the historic Geneva real estate scene. This threefold culture nourishes the doctrine of the house: the rigour of large structures, the prudence of institutions, the fine knowledge of the Geneva ground.
Beyond the role, Francesco Volpicelli embodies a certain idea of practice: that of a family service, transmitted in the long term, attuned to the patience of great patrimonial trajectories.

Conviction
A house is not measured by the size of the mandates it handles, but by the quality of the silence it knows how to keep. Our conviction is simple: behind every exceptional real estate asset stands a family, a history, an intent of transmission. That is what we protect.
The practice of UHNW real estate calls for a threefold expertise — financial, legal, and human. It also calls for a posture that is non-negotiable: that of the long horizon. Our decisions are never dictated by market pressure, but by the interest of the heritage at ten, twenty, fifty years.
It is in this spirit that CF Immo Group has been thought through: not as another broker, but as a house of reference, discreet and demanding, attuned to the long time of leading families.
